I got laundry done, and the next day's breakfasts & lunches made for hubby and me.
Here is what my breakfast has been lately:
Greek Yogurt, honey, fruit & berries (whatever's on hand aka, on sale. Today I picked wild blueberries from my field) and then topped with home-made granola. It's the least healthy part! I take equal parts oats & brown sugar, some flour, some softened butter, & a pinch of cinnamon. If I have slivered almonds or pecans I add them too. I mix it all together and bake it for 15min at 375. Delicious!
The best buns ever, made at my local supermarket, cheese, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and mayo. I also add spinach if I have it.
mmmm. It's really the bread that makes it.
Then went to my mum's (aka Deb of Loyalist Cottage) for a little make-over day. I'm going to be doing posts around my day with mum and ideas for dressing for weddings in the next few days.
Here's a sneak peak!
She's had these summer clothes since last summer....and the tags are still on them! This got remedied pronto!
Stay tuned for Deb, the fashionista!
Ahhhh...I want to see more of your mum sporting her new outfits!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely doing a good job eating healthy. I love when people post about their healthy food. It helps give me ideas and motivation to do better. Great post!
Hey, thanks for being a guest blogger. I appreciate it. Someone asked a question...I think it's about rollers or something...not quite sure. I guess that's the reason I'm not posting on fashion. ;-)
